No — the store you buy from (Amazon, Walmart, Temu, etc.) already gives you your own tracking number. Our part starts once it arrives: we receive it, hold it safe, and let you know the moment it's ready.
How do I send a package?+
Buy from any online store and ship it to our warehouse address, addressed with your name, ship name, and Crew ID — that’s how we match it to your account.
Where do I pick it up?+
At our warehouse in Galveston, TX, serving Terminal 16, Terminal 25, and Terminal 28 — we hold your package there and hand it to you directly when you come by. Create an account and keep your info up to date to see exactly what we have waiting for you.
How do I know what I owe?+
You don't need an account to pick up a package — but creating one gives you a better experience: you can see the price ahead of time, and we'll email you when your package is delivered.
